Yes. The Free plan covers 25 quote requests a month with no time limit.
How does a quote become an order?
Once the buyer accepts, QuoteRise creates a Shopify Draft Order and sends the invoice. Payment runs through normal Shopify checkout.
Can I hide prices for some customers?
Yes. Hide or blur prices by product, collection or customer tag, and show a quote button instead.
Does the AI send quotes on its own?
No. The assistant drafts replies and pricing, and nothing is sent until your team approves it.
