Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and EcomGrow LLC. By using our website, installing one of our apps (GrowCart, ProfitDesk, QuoteRise, HaggleFlow, SheetBridge and Binwise) or signing a proposal with us, you agree to these terms. If you use EcomGrow on behalf of a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

Our apps are distributed through the Shopify App Store. You also need to follow Shopify's own terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the apps on the stores where they are installed, for as long as your plan is active. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or use the apps to build a competing product.

• Paid plans are billed in USD through Shopify Billing and appear on your Shopify invoice.
• Free trials convert to the chosen paid plan unless you uninstall or downgrade before the trial ends.
• Plan limits, such as orders, requests or negotiations per month, are listed on our pricing page.
• You can change or cancel at any time. Shopify handles proration. Fees already charged are not refunded except where the law requires it.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The change applies from your next billing cycle.

Design, development and growth services are described in a written proposal or statement of work. That document sets the scope, timeline, fees and payment terms, and it prevails over these terms if they conflict.

Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables made for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and you receive a licence to use them as part of the deliverables. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

• Keep your Shopify account and staff access secure.
• Make sure your store content, products and use of our apps follow applicable law, including consumer protection, pricing and privacy law.
• Provide accurate information and timely feedback during projects.
• Do not use EcomGrow to send spam, run fraud, or interfere with our systems or other merchants.

We work to keep our apps available and fast, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak hours where possible. Support is provided by email at support@ecomgrow.co on business days.

Apps are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific revenue or conversion results.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.

You can stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or fail to pay. Sections on ownership, liability and governing law survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Missoula County, Montana, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. Continuing to use EcomGrow after the change means you accept the new terms.
