Pricing questions
How am I billed?
All EcomGrow apps use Shopify Billing. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice, in USD.
Is there a free trial?
GrowCart and QuoteRise include a 14-day free trial on paid plans. HaggleFlow starts with a 14-day trial. ProfitDesk and QuoteRise have free plans.
What happens if I go over my plan limit?
We never charge surprise overage fees. You will be asked to upgrade, or usage pauses until your next billing cycle, depending on the app.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from the app settings. Shopify prorates changes, and uninstalling the app stops billing immediately.
Do agency services cost extra?
Yes. App plans cover the software. Design, development and growth services are quoted separately after a free intro call.
