What is a negotiation?
One shopper offer on one product, including any counter-offers that follow. Accepted or declined, it counts once.
Will shoppers ever see my floor price?
No. Floor prices stay private. HaggleFlow only reveals the counter-offer you approve.
What happens after the trial?
Pick a paid plan to keep offers live. If you do not, the offer button is hidden and nothing is charged.
How am I billed?
All EcomGrow apps use Shopify Billing. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice, in USD.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from the app settings. Shopify prorates plan changes, and uninstalling the app stops billing immediately.
