GrowCart pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid GrowCart plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends.
What counts as an order?
Any order created in Shopify during your billing cycle, across all sales channels. Refunded orders still count.
What happens when I outgrow my plan?
We let you know when you are close to the limit, and you can move up a plan in one click. No surprise charges.
How am I billed?
All EcomGrow apps use Shopify Billing. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice, in USD.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from the app settings. Shopify prorates plan changes, and uninstalling the app stops billing immediately.
